The protocol
- 1 - Make circular movements above the collarbones to activate lymphatic ganglion activity and detoxify the complexion
- 2 - Warm the product(s) in the palms of your hands
- 3 - Apply to the face with upward smoothing movements
- 4 - Perform small, rapid tapping movements all over the face
- 5 - Massage the neck with smoothing strokes
- 6 - Perform pinching, smoothing and tapping on the oval of the face to activate collagen synthesis.
- 7 - Make small pinches on the lip contour to plump up wrinkles
- 8 - Perform pinches on all facial wrinkles (nasolabial folds, frown lines, crow's feet, forehead wrinkles, etc.)
- 9 - Perform 1 to 3 eye drains by smoothing from the inner corner towards the temples, then sliding down to the supraclavicular lymph nodes to eliminate toxins.
- 10 - Finish the massage with long, upward smoothing movements ("inside out / bottom up")
