How to use the gift card?
keyboard_arrow_downGift cards can be used with a personal code received in your inbox after purchase. (Remember to write it on the customizable card.)
If you have opted for a treatment, simply provide us with the last 4 digits of the card when making an appointment.
If you have opted for a voucher, simply enter the card code in the "discount code" field
What does the gift card look like?

In the email sending you the gift card, you will also have access to a library of printable or downloadable cards that you can customize by indicating the name of the treatment or the amount of the gift card.
How long is the gift card valid for?

The expiry date will be indicated in the email received. Remember to write it on the customizable card.

Can I book a Pool, Hammam, or Hot Tub session without a treatment?
keyboard_arrow_downWater treatments are part of our Wellness options. Therefore, they cannot be booked alone and must be accompanied by at least one 60-minute treatment per person.
How does summer pool access work?
keyboard_arrow_downAccess to the Pool is an optional extra that you can book, or not, in addition to your treatments.
During the summer period, a swimming pool session is offered free of charge.
Can I book only wellness options?
keyboard_arrow_downWellness options are treatment add-ons. Therefore, they must be combined with a massage or a facial lasting a minimum of 60 minutes per person.
How to gift a treatment?
keyboard_arrow_downYou can purchase a gift card (for a treatment or a specific value) online or in-store.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
I would like to book a duo treatment, is that possible?
keyboard_arrow_downWe can definitely accommodate both of you.
We recommend that treatments be performed simultaneously in two different cabins to maximize their benefits.
However, if you wish to be massaged side-by-side, we can perform outdoor massages in the garden during the summer season (additional charge of €10 per person).
Are escorts allowed?
keyboard_arrow_downUnfortunately, we cannot allow companions to wait in the shop or garden during treatments. Thank you for your understanding.
I have an expired gift card, what should I do?

Are gift cards exchangeable or refundable?
keyboard_arrow_down"Care" gift cards can be exchanged for vouchers.
As digital products delivered instantly, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "care" gift cards and vouchers.
No gift card or voucher can be refunded.
